Benefits

Goodbye leaks

Protect the slab, the paint and everything living under your roof.

A cooler roof

The reflective finish bounces heat back instead of absorbing it — your home feels different.

Solar-ready

A healthy roof is the prerequisite for solar. We seal today with tomorrow's system in mind.

Protection for hurricane season

Fewer weak points when the heavy rain arrives. Peace of mind you can feel.

How we work

  1. One free visit covers roof, energy and water. No obligation.

  2. Clear numbers in plain language: what's included, what it costs, what you save.

  3. Our own crew does the work. No subcontractors, no surprises.

  4. After-sale service at the same number you've always called. We stay.

Materials you can trust

We work with Danosa products

For sealing we use systems from Danosa, a Spanish manufacturer waterproofing roofs since 1964, a global reference in waterproofing with a presence in Puerto Rico. Proven materials, not experiments.

Explore our solar service

SBS and APP bituminous membranes

The Glasdan and Esterdan lines: membranes with a proven track record on Puerto Rico's concrete roofs, with real protection against leaks.

Danocoat: liquid polyurea

Liquid waterproofing that forms one continuous, seamless layer — no joints, which is exactly where leaks usually start.

Ready for solar panels

Danosa systems are prepared to take solar installations on the sealed roof. Seal today, add panels tomorrow — with the same company.

Warranty in writing

The sealing is covered by a written warranty, explained before you sign. If a problem shows up within the covered period, the same crew that installed it comes back — not some subcontractor nobody knows.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if my roof needs sealing?

Moisture stains on the ceiling, peeling paint, puddles that linger for days on the roof, or a sealing job older than it should be are the typical signs. The inspection is free and we tell you the roof's real condition.

Can I seal if I already have active leaks?

Yes. First the cracks and water entry points are corrected, then the full waterproofing system is applied. Sealing over an uncorrected leak is not serious work, and we don't do it.

Does sealing help with heat?

Yes. The reflective finish returns much of the sun instead of absorbing it, and you feel it in the house temperature and in how hard your AC works.

Can I install solar panels after sealing?

That's exactly the right order: a healthy roof first, then the solar system. Since we do both, we coordinate the sealing with the future installation in mind and one company answers for everything.

How much does roof sealing cost?

It depends on the size and condition of the surface. After the free inspection you get a proposal with clear numbers, no obligation.
